Hosting Subscription Terms
Your $35 monthly hosting and care plan
Effective date: November 4, 2026. These terms apply to services accepted on or after this date. Your written project proposal controls any specifically agreed scope or pricing.
1. Price and billing authorization
Hosting and maintenance cost $35 per month. The first payment is charged when you complete the separate subscription checkout after receiving launch instructions. By subscribing, you authorize recurring $35 monthly charges until canceled. The billing schedule is displayed at checkout.
2. What is included
The plan covers hosting for your eligible SiteMadeRight website, supported SSL, routine technical maintenance, basic hosting troubleshooting, and up to two minor content updates per billing month. Minor updates may include small text changes, replacing a photo, or updating contact details. Unused updates do not roll over.
3. What is not included
Major redesigns, additional pages, extensive content edits, new features, premium integrations, third-party subscription fees, domain registration, and renewals are not included unless specifically agreed in writing. Additional work requires a separate quote and approval.
4. Failed payments
If a payment fails, SiteMadeRight may contact you to update your payment method. Service may be suspended after 10 calendar days of nonpayment with reasonable notice, subject to applicable law.
5. Cancellation and continued access
You can cancel any time by emailing support@sitemaderight.com. Future renewal charges stop after cancellation. Your site remains hosted through the paid period unless you request earlier termination or a justified suspension applies. You can request transferable customer-owned website files under the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6. Price changes
Any change to the recurring subscription price will be communicated in advance and handled according to applicable law and your agreement. No change to the $35 price is implied by these terms.
